Hi, I'm Bronwyn

Over the last 5 years, I've helped over 450 clients move from always-on, bone-deep exhaustion to feeling resourced, grounded and confident. All through a holistic, human-centred approach to wellbeing.

In my twenties, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, triggered by chronic stress and years of living out of alignment with my values. It was debilitating, and it forced me to stop and fundamentally rethink my relationship with my body and the way I was living. The journey I've been on since then, and extensive training along the way, form the foundation of everything I teach.

My coaching brings together an integrated approach to helping you come home to yourself through Soma, Systems and Self. Not another thing on your list, but tools, practices and personalised support to help you regulate, cultivate space and find your way back to yourself. We focus on building lasting habits that regenerate your energy.
